DICE Ministry Kenya
Our current operational partner is DICE Ministry Kenya, a faith-based organization founded in March 2008 by Maurice Agunda in Nairobi, Kenya. DICE is committed to raising a generation of young people who know God, are skillful, and are empowered. The organization is dedicated to helping young individuals realize their full potential by applying spiritual principles in all areas of life, leading to a lifestyle that is balanced, focused, and purposeful. DICE operates through three key ministries:

High School Ministry
Weekly discipleship programs in high schools in our neighborhood that focus on empowering and coaching high school students to establish a Christ-centered foundation for their academics, relationships, and future lives.

Short-term Missions
Partnerships with like-minded local and international Christian organizations and churches in short-term outreach initiatives in Nairobi to help fulfill the Great Commission through a clear presentation of the Gospel.

SURGE Program
A fully-sponsored 6-month discipleship and mentorship program for high school graduates from humble backgrounds. Students are trained in Discipleship & Evangelism, Basic Computer Skills, and Peer Education & Life Skills.
Our partnership with DICE Ministry Kenya began in 2024, stemming from the friendship between the founders of both organizations, Devon Harris and Maurice Agunda. Since then, DICE has experienced significant growth, including expanding its staff, moving into a larger office space, recruiting more students for SURGE program, and strengthening its leadership and legal compliance frameworks. In the short term, our goal is to provide adequate financial resources to cover DICE’s daily operational expenses, while also expanding the skillsets offered and reaching out to more students in the local community. Over the long term, our goal is to help DICE achieve self-sustainability by building a school and office facilities, along with establishing income-generating projects.
